Booking Terms: Twenty percent (20%) of the total booking fee is to be paid at the time of booking and is a non-refundable deposit. This will be deducted from your total accommodation cost.  The remainder of the payment is due 14 days before arrival.

Cancellation policy:  For cancellations made within the 14 days prior to arrival (after second payment has been made) guests will receive a refund of 50% of the total accommodation cost.
